Join Jasmine for a Power Flow Yoga Class on the Outdoor Patio at Brut Hotel’s Soma Rooftop Bar + Kitchen. Jasmine loves teaching a powerful Vinyasa flow, perfect for cardio and strength building. This class is appropriate for all levels; however, it is a vigorous style of yoga so be prepared to sweat and challenge the body.

How to use

Before entering the sauna, please take a shower. Proper attire should be worn; a towel and a robe will be provided and should be worn at all times. As a courtesy to others, please do not leave the door open. Please stay hydrated at all times. It is recommended to take a break every 15-20 minutes. If you feel faint or dizzy, leave sauna immediately.
