About the Spa

1820 Spa is located on the ground floor of the historic Elizabeth Manor building in downtown Tulsa. It is a peaceful day spa created for the newly developed Brut Hotel, its neighbors, and the general public.  The spa offers a quiet escape to recollect and connect to your inner healer. The Wellness Team at 1820 Spa is a small group of Licensed Massage Therapists, Licensed Estheticians, Certified Yoga Instructors, and experienced Spa Coordinators who enjoy helping others and are excited to share this unique space with the community.

Dry Sauna

A relaxing experience in a dry sauna is a soothing and rejuvenating journey for both the body and mind.

As you step inside, the warm, wood-scented air envelops you, instantly melting away tension. The heat, typically ranging from 160°F to 195°F, radiates from the wooden benches and walls, creating a space of comforting warmth. You settle into a seat, feeling the gentle heat seep into your muscles, easing stiffness and promoting deep relaxation.

Your breathing slows as you take in the dry, slightly aromatic air, which clears your sinuses and deepens your sense of tranquility. Beads of sweat begin to form, cleansing your skin and flushing out toxins, leaving you with a refreshing glow. The stillness in the sauna encourages mindfulness—you close your eyes, let go of stress, and focus on the present moment.

Stepping out into the cooler air feels invigorating, your body tingling with renewed energy. You might follow with a cold shower or plunge, heightening circulation and leaving you feeling refreshed, light, and deeply restored. The experience lingers even after you leave—your muscles remain loose, your mind clear, and your entire body wrapped in a lingering sense of calm.
