First Sunday Sunrise Yoga at Soma

Join us at sunrise on the first Sunday of each month for an invigorating and grounding vinyasa flow, light breathwork, music, and meditation. Be with nature and a mindful, active community as we deepen into our practice together, exploring the truth of our body, mind, and being.

• $20/class.

• Open to the public. Walk-ups welcome; however, we do encourage you to sign-up beforehand, as space is limited to 20 people per class.

• Yoga mats and props are available for use, but feel free to bring your own.

• Registration includes a complimentary swim at Brut Hotel after class, so remember to bring your swimsuit!
