About the event
Join us at sunrise on the first Sunday of each month for an invigorating and grounding vinyasa flow, light breathwork, music, and meditation. Be with nature and a mindful, active community as we deepen into our practice together, exploring the truth of our body, mind, and being.
$20/class.
Open to the public. Walk-ups welcome; however, we do encourage you to sign-up beforehand, as space is limited to 20 people per class.
Yoga mats and props are available for use, but feel free to bring your own.
Registration includes a complimentary swim at Brut Hotel after class, so remember to bring your swimsuit!
