THE 1820 EXPERIENCE
1820 Spa is located on the ground floor of the historic Elizabeth Manor building in downtown Tulsa. It is a peaceful day spa created for the newly developed Brut Hotel, its neighbors, and the general public. The spa offers a quiet escape to recollect and connect to your inner healer. The Wellness Team at 1820 Spa is a small group of Licensed Massage Therapists, Licensed Estheticians, Certified Yoga Instructors, and experienced Spa Coordinators who enjoy helping others and are excited to share this new space with the community.
SAUNA
Sauna bathing has many benefits for your health. Regular use provides stress relief, eases arthritic aches and pains, calms the mind, and is great for heart health.
We recommend drinking 1 - 2 glasses of water before and after your sauna session. Filtered water is always available.
