How to use

Before entering the sauna, please take a shower. Proper attire should be worn; a towel and a robe will be provided and should be worn at all times. As a courtesy to others, please do not leave the door open. Please stay hydrated at all times. It is recommended to take a break every 15-20 minutes. If you feel faint or dizzy, leave sauna immediately.

We require a credit card on file to book, so please have your information on hand.

*1820 Spa is located downstairs in the historic Elizabeth Manor building and we unfortunately do not have elevator access. If you require ADA accommodations, please give us a call to inquire on making alternative arrangements prior to your arrival.

UPON ARRIVAL

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

If you would like to enjoy the sauna and/or shower beforehand, please arrive at least 30 minutes early. A robe, slippers, and locker will be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel, please call 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a late fee. The full treatment fee will be charged for no call, no shows.
